About Genie Abacus
What is the best age to start?
Most children start this program between ages 6 - 13. The optimal
age to start is 6 or 7, because the brain cells are vigorously learning which
connections to keep and which to discard. As well, between the ages of 4 to 14,
the brain is super active. At about age 13 or so, half the connections will
have died off, leaving about 500 trillion that remain fairly constant through
most of our life spans. Also, children over the age of 10 may have a steeper
learning curve before experiencing the full benefits of our system.
How is Abacus Training Possible?
You would agree with us that the more you use your organs/parts of the
body the more it responds and more becomes the efficiency of that particular
organ. For example:- If you were to start jogging it would be most probable
that you would be able to run a Kilometer, but if you were to jog for two years
you could increase this to 15 kilometers per day. If we exercise any body part
then its efficiency increases ,this fact is implies to our brains also, now the
question is how do we give exercise to our brains? Mathematics is good medium
for exercising our brains. Scientists have proved that mental arithmetic of
higher level e.g. 76382*793 = ?, can give lot of exercise to our brains hence
it is the best medium to exercise our brain.
Why Mental Arithmetic?
This technique has been accepted the world over and is actively being
used in over 30 countries around the globe. It
is also observed that when children do fast calculations using Genie abacus
methodology through their mind they need to use their imagination, memory,
analysis, logic, creativity, listening skills, vision etc. Because their both
parts of the brain get exercises and co-ordination between them also increases.
This way when the mind gets constant exercise the mental power of the child
gets a boost. Just like the equipment at the gym is a medium for body building,
similarly for brain development mental arithmetic is a proven medium.
What is "image abacus"?
Image Abacus is a method of mental calculation based on the principles
of abacus calculation. A virtual image of the abacus is formed in the
mind and used to perform calculations at highly accelerated speed.
Does my child require an abacus to make
calculation?
No, an abacus is not required. However, the concept of the abacus
is used as described above and only an image of the abacus is required.
How long does it take to learn?
The Image Abacus System consists of eight levels. Level 1 is the
novice level, and level 8 is the most advanced. The training takes
approximately 2 years to complete. Normally, dramatic improvement in math
capability is evident after only the first year, when the student has achieved
level 4 or 5.
Is there a grading standard? What is it?
Yes, there is a grading standard. The 8 levels of the image abacus
system are themselves indicative of the grade achieved. This is a system,
over 150 years old, inherited from the Japanese and now in use internationally.
How does image abacus differ from the arithmetic
traditionally taught in school?
The difference between image abacus calculation and traditional methods
is profound, but difficult to summarize. Image abacus calculation relies
upon the manipulation of an image rather than the arithmetic processes with
which we are familiar. Thus it is able to draw upon right-brain
resources, resulting in dramatically increased speeds. Details of the
process are best understood by attending one of our seminars.
Will this training conflict with the school's
method of teaching math?
Yes and no. There are distinct differences in the two
methods. However, if a child is able to start the program prior to or
concurrent with being taught traditional methods, there is minimal conflict and
the child will easily work within both systems. If a child starts the
program later, having already received traditional foundations, there may be a
slightly extended learning period (approximately 3 months) for the child to
accept and integrate the image abacus method.
My kid is not good in Hindi or English will this training be more difficult for him?

No, all training materials and instructions are offered in the English,
Hindi and Regional languages. A cultural understanding of abacus
principles may assist you in understanding the system; however, it is not
required for the student's success in this program. In addition, unique
amongst its competitors, Genie Abacus actively encourages parents to
participate in the novice training period (level 1), thus both assisting the
parent in understanding the system and enabling the parent to support his or
her child in the early training stages.
My child is not good at math at all. What
kind of improvement can I expect?
Because the training method of image abacus differs so greatly from that
of traditional mathematics, a lack of ability in traditional math does not
predict any less success in the program. On the contrary, some of the
most successful students have been those who previously experienced difficulty
in this subject. If a student is dedicated to the program, receives
strong parental support and encouragement, and persists through the initial
training period, then dramatic improvement is guaranteed..
My child is an A student in math. Is there a
benefit to his learning image abacus?
A student who has already demonstrated advanced ability in mathematics
will benefit greatly from learning the image abacus method. Relieved of
the mechanics of arithmetic calculation, the student will be able to devote
full attention to more advanced concepts both in mathematics and in other
subject areas.
How challenging is this program? How much effort
will be required from my child?
To put it simply, this is a challenging program. However, history
has shown that very few students withdraw from the program until a basic
proficiency, and the associated dramatic improvement in ability, is
achieved. This is largely due to the extremely positive reinforcement
that a child receives as the program begins to take effect. A positive cycle of
achievement and the enhanced self-esteem that comes from accomplishment begins
early and sustains the child through the significant effort that is required.

Rules
The Graffiti Tutorials Pvt.
Ltd. Business Rules are related to the business opportunity to run Graffiti
Tutorials Pvt. Ltd. Genie Abacus Program and are aimed at observing and
upholding the highest standards of conduct. It enshrines the rights, duties and
responsibilities of the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Franchisee. They are intended
to preserve and protect the right and benefits available to the Franchisee
under the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business Plan. With this in view
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Reserves to it self the sole right to amend,
adopt, rescind all or such portion of the rules as necessary to further promote
these objective.
Since the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. Business must be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws
& regulations, the business rules are in addition to and not in
substitution of the laws of the land which the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Undertakes to uphold. The Business Rules determine the relationship between
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. As also the
relationship between Franchisees.

General
- All franchisees will sign the
agreement with GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And payment towards stock
should be made to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Only, (cash/DD/cheque)
services will be provided either from company of AMF/DMF (If available)
and all course material, etc. will be supplied directly from GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Or AMF/DMF.
- The franchisee shall purchases
master abacus and minimum stock of 10 kit in starting with the business
and before the training schedule for first level of ‘Genie Abacus’.
- The company will provide the
initial promotional material (Genie Abacus Flex [6x3] 1[qty], phemplate
2000[qty], Visiting Card 50, and promotional CD) after completing the
training.
- The franchisee shall ensure that
nothing is done or omitted to be done by the Franchisee, which may affect
the reputation of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. In the field of training
and education or otherwise.
- The expressions and terms used
herein shall also have the meaning assigned to them in the GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business plan and other official literature. In the
event of discrepancy or dispute the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business
Rules shall prevail. It is further clarified that all reference to the
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business Rules, the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT.
LTD. Business plan and other documents include amendments published or
notified to Franchisees from time to time by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Name of the franchisee Center
Rule 2
You
have to run the Franchisee center in the Name of any academic and education
name. ( e.g. - wonder Academy, Smart
Classes) with the banner of Genie Abacus.
Registration
Rule 3
In
order to become a Franchisee, the prospective Franchisee must fill out an
application form .The application forms can be procured from GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD.
Registration
can be done in the name of self, proprietorship firm, Partnership firm, or private
or limited company. GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Reserves the right to reject
any application for registration or renewal as Genie Abacus Franchisee.
Expiry and Renewal
Rule 4
A
Franchisee’s initial agreement will be for 3 yrs from the date of registration.
The renewable is subject to submission of an application for renewal at least
30 days before the expiry, along with the Franchise.
In
case the renewal fee is not received within the specified time a fine of Rs.
50/- per day will be imposed during the period of delay. GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. Has the right to cancel the Franchise if this delay continues even
after 30 days.
The Franchisee renewal
fee shall be as mentioned in the latest order & payment form at the time of
payment of the fee and is subject to change from time to time without prior
notice.
Resignation
Rule 5
A
Franchisee may resign at any time. The notice of the resignation becomes
effective upon receipt by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. In the event of
resignation, a Franchisee shall have the liability to complete the course, if
any course is incomplete for any student.
Royalty
Rule 6
The
Royalty of Genie Abacus

After Purchases of
minimum kit in starting of business, for genie abacus the royalty amount will
be paid in advance by the franchisee with the cost of kit.
Obligations of Applicants
Rule 7
The only requirement of an applicant is submission of
required documents with application form.
Conduct of franchisees
Rule 8
1.
A Franchisee cannot sell any item of
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. To anyone for resale.
2.
Abacus Franchisee must not engage in
activities, which may bring disrepute to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Or any
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Products. They should comply with all
requirements, guidelines, and instructions, which are issued by GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Any in disciplinary action performed by a Franchisee may
result in the termination of the Franchise.
3.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Franchisees are independent franchisees operating their own business. They
shall not convey the impression or refer to themselves as employees, agents,
managers or representatives of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Not use such
terminology on their stationery or other printed matter. The Franchisee shall
indemnify GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. In respect of any costs or damages
arising as a result of any such misrepresentation of his relationship with
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
4.
The Franchisees shall indemnify
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Against all actions, claims, demands resections,
penalties including costs there of and not excluding GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT.
LTD. Legal costs, which might be made or brought against GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. In respect of or arising out of any breach integument or infraction
of any laws regulation and codes of practice arising out of the operation of
the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business. GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Shall
not have any liability to any franchisee in respect of any loss, cost, damage
or expense suffered directly or indirectly as a result of any act, omission,
representation or statement of any other franchisee.
5.
If any notice is received regarding
any breach of any law, rule of regulation the franchisee shall at his own cost
ensure that he remedies the breach and also give intimation there of to
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. At the earliest shall also ensure that he intimates
to such issuing authority the relationship between the franchisee and GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And also clarify that GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Is in no
way concerned with such litigation.
6.
The Franchisee shall duly and
punctually make payment of all amounts due and payable to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. Under the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business plan. Non-payment of
any amount under this by the Franchisee to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Within
the prescribed time shall be construed as an act of default and without
prejudice to any other rights to recover such amount from the franchisee,
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Shall also is entitled to terminate his franchise
forthwith without giving any prior notice.
Partnerships
Rule 9
A. Partnership
Firms
1. Franchisees
can form legal partnerships.
2. In
such a case registration would be in the name of the firm.
3. A
copy of the Partnership Deed should be submitted along with the application
form.
4. The
liability of the partners would be joint & several.
5. Any
change in the constitution of the firm should be intimated to GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Along with the new partnership deed.
B. Hindu
Undivided Family (HUF)
1. HUF
as recognized in law can also become franchisees.
2. In
the case the responsibility for running the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Business efficiently and in accordance with the business rules is that of the
KARTA.
3. Any
change in the constitution of the HUF should be intimated to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. Immediately.
C. Joint
Partnership (informal)
1. Two
persons, spouses or otherwise can form a partnership.
Cost of Course
materials
Rule 10
The
costs are as given in the order & payment form and they are subject to
change from time to time without prior notice.
Rule 11
The
courier charges of course material will have to be borne by the franchisee.
Misrepresentation and indemnity
Rule 12
A
Franchisee shall not in any way make a representation indicating financial
benefits a Franchisee or a prospective franchisee may get from participation in
the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. business unless it has the written approval of
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
THE
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Franchisee:
1.
Must not misrepresent in any way the
price, quality, performance or availability of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Products.
2.
Shall indemnify GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. On account of any costs or damages that may arise from the breach of
this rule.
Repackaging of
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Products
Rule 13
1.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Prohibits
any franchisee from deleting any material from, adding any material to, adding
extra words, label, or other materials on and altering or detaching any label
from the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Product/literature.
2.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Products
must be sold in the form and packages provided by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
And must not be decanted, repacked and otherwise altered from the said from the
packages.
Rule 14
If
a franchisee wants to sell his business it can be offered to anyone with prior
written approval from GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Subject to following
conditions:
1.
In case of sale/transfer to spouse or
children of franchisee no franchise registration fee will be payable
2.
In case of Sale/Transfer in name of
any other person 50% or the Franchisee Registration fee will be payable to
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. By the purchaser / Transferee.
3.
The Transfer of franchise will be at
the sole discretion of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
4.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Will not
allow the transfer of Franchisee ( In case of partnership firm) though
introducing new partners and retiring of existing partners, company will
provide services only to the initial agreed partners.
5.
If the partnership firm converts in to
proprietorship firm, transfer will be allowed only if the proprietor was a
partner in the original agreement.
Death or Dissolution of Partnership
Rule 15
A.
Death
Upon
the death of a franchisee, the business will pass to the legal heir of the
deceased franchisee.
B.
Dissolution of partnership
When
there is dissolution of partnership, the franchise cannot be spilt into two or
more franchises and therefore the franchise shall go to only one person,
partner, partnership firm or company as decided by the partners and informed in
writing to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Advertising and
Promotion Activity
Rule 16
1.
Apart from the sample and designs
provided by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. The franchisees may design and use
their own materials for advertising and publicity only and they shall be fully
responsible for such designed/ materials.
2.
All Promotional activities either conducted by
AMF/DMF/UF, the cost of all promotional activities shall have to be borne by
the concerned franchisees, In case of H.O. personals visits the cost of
traveling flooding and lodging shall have to be born by the concerned
franchisees.
Use the GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Name by Franchisees
Rule 17
1.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. forbids
from producing or procuring from a source other than GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Any item bearing the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Name or logo or any GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Trademarks or trade names or service marks. The only
exception is that a Franchisee is allowed to procure advertising materials for
his own use.
2.
The Franchisee shall issue duly signed
receipts for the payments received by it from student/learner, signed by a duly
authorized person of the franchisee. The Franchisee, whether is a receipt
issued by it to any learner or in any other correspondence or document, shall
not use the name GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And shall use its own name or the
name of your center name, and shall not make any statement giving any
impression that such receipts etc. have been issued for/and or on behalf of
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And make it clear that he receives such payments
received by the franchisee in his own capacity as principal and not as an agent
or otherwise for and/or on behalf of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And that the
contract of training with a learner as evidenced by the receipt issued to him
by the franchisee is between that learner and the franchisee only and GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Is not and shall not be liable to provide any education for
the course(s) for which such learner shall have paid the course fee to the
franchisee as evidenced by such receipts nor GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Otherwise liable.
Copyright and
Trademarks
Rule 18
1.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. forbids
reproduction in whole or in part of any GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Printed material,
audio, cassettes, video and film recordings.
2.
All right in the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. Genie Abacus name, trademarks or other intellectual property
are the property of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
3.
The franchisee disclaims any right or
interest in the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Copyrights, trademarks, trade
names, service name or marks and logo and designs and all advantages and
benefits derived there from and in the techniques/know-how and training
resource/ material, student course material and other literature. The
franchisee agrees that certain confidential information and secret knowledge
which may be made available to him in confidence, the franchisee shall not
divulge such confidential information, secrets and procedures or performance or
exhibit any portion or part there of to any person. The franchisee shall
include a secrecy obligation relating to the above matters in the contracts or
employment with his employees.
4.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Shall
have the right to terminate the franchise in the event that the franchisee
questions, disputes or attacks the validity, right, title or interest of
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. As to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Trade marks,
trade names, service names, marks and designs, and the know-how including
copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
5.
The franchisee shall not confer any
permanent right or interest in the franchisee in any trademark, copyright,
trade name service mark, design, logo or the name of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT.
LTD. Or presently being used by it in respect of any other items other than
relating to he business of education or training and franchise will not create
any ownership right of any king of advertisement, printed matters, books,
magazines, periodicals, any other copyright or proprietary material including
recordings owned by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And products and materials
supplied by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. To the franchisee for use in the
business.
Running the center
Rule 19
1.
The franchisee shall ensure good
conduct and behavior of every learner and every faculty in order to maintain
high reputation and discipline conductive for creating good academic atmosphere
in the franchisee center.
2.
The franchisee shall ensure that the
franchisee’s staff and personnel have requisite qualifications and experience
so as to maintain high quality and standards of training and education in the
franchisee’s center.
3.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Will not
be concerned or be a party to any dispute in whatsoever capacity between
franchisee and his employees or any other person or any dispute, claim, suit or
litigation by the between statutory authority and the franchisee for
non-compliance with any statute, rules and regulation made by the statutory
authority.
4.
The franchisee alone shall be
responsible, liable for any non-compliance with any lab our legislation and/ or
statutory provisions and GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. In no way shall be a
party to any7 litigation arising out of any non-compliance by the franchisee
with any legislation.
5.
At any time if GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT.
LTD. Is of the opinion that the academic standards are not maintained by the
franchisee, GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Shall have the right to take
corrective steps at the cost of the franchisee and/or cancel the franchise.
6.
The franchisee shall purchase student
course materials from GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. In order to enable the
franchisee to conduct the course in accordance with GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT.
LTD. Business plan. The franchisee shall accordingly place periodical orders,
as prescribed by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. From time to time, upon GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Or his master franchise by sending appropriate form along
with full payment in advance. However, GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Shall not
be responsible for any compensation, damages or claims whatsoever on account of
delay in dispatch or delivery of the course material ordered by the franchisee.
7.
In order to maintain the uniform
procedures and systems, GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. May from time to time
issue necessary guidelines to the franchisee, who shall abide by the same.
8.
To maintain the premises of the
franchisee’s center in good condition.
9.
The entire cost of running a center
for classroom teaching, including acquisition of space, acquisition of
furniture and fixtures, engaging of personnel, local advertising and promotion
by the franchisee shall not be entitled to require GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
To share any part or portion of such expenditure or reimburse any part thereof.
10.
The franchisee shall alone be
responsible in respect of any suit, application for interim or ad-interim
order(s) or any legal proceedings or any complaint filed by any learner or any
person or authority in any court, tribunal, consumer redressel forum/commission
or before any authority, pertaining to conduct of course, facilities to
learners, any dispute between the learner(s) and the franchisee or in respect
of any matter related to or concerning the franchisee’s center and GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Or its owners or officials shall not be held responsible
for any such suit, complaint or any legal proceedings related to or in respect
of any of the matters of the franchisee’s center.
11.
The franchisee shall indemnify and
keep indemnified al all times GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Of, from and against
all actions, suits or proceeding and all costs, charges, expenses, losses or
damages which may be incurred, suffered or caused by/ or to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. By reason of any suit, application or any other legal proceedings or
complaint filed by any person against GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD., its owners
or its officials in any court, tribunal, consumer redressel forum/commission or
before any authority, pertaining to/or in respect of any matter of franchisee’s
center.
12.
The franchisee shall comply with all
the applicable laws and regulations for running the center and conducting the
course, etc.
13.
The franchisee shall pay all taxes
outgoing promptly.
14.
The franchisee shall ensure teaching
of 600 students per annum otherwise GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Will allocate
new center in his/her respective area.
Jurisdiction
Rule 20
(A)
The franchisee shall expressly agree
that the courts in jodhpur
(B)
All differences and disputes, which
may arise between GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And a franchisee shall be
referred to a sole arbitrator for adjudication, to be appointed by GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Only.
(C)
In case of any dispute or difference
(s) between two franchisees of the Genie Abacus, the matter will be
referred to the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. or its authorized representative
for arbitration and its decision shall be final and binding on the parties in
dispute.
Termination
Rule 21
Apart
from the terms and conditions mentioned in the “Business Rules” a franchisee
may also be terminated in the following conditions: -
1.
Change in Name: If the Franchisee
changes the name of the center in violation of rule no. 2
2.
Failure to pay renewal Fee: if the
Franchisee fails to pay renewal fee as per rule no.4 the franchisee shall not,
after the termination of the franchisee, commence any or take new admission for
any of the course of the GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Or call it “Center of Genie Abacus
3.
If the Genie Abacus franchisee
impart training to any body without the written of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Genie Abacus franchisee.
4.
If the Genie Abacus franchisee
copies the concept/materials/ or training for any purpose.
Records and
Accounts
Rule 22
The Franchisee
shall maintain proper records and account of all transactions.
Liability of Taxes
& Duties:
Rule 23
Any
taxes or duties imposed or assessed by the central government, state
government, Local Authority or any other Government Department by virtue of any
existing or new enactment or amendment to the existing statutes or otherwise in
respect of any payment made or due from the franchisee to otherwise whatsoever
under GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Business plan shall be borne by the
franchisee and if paid by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD., the franchisee shall
reimburse the same immediately upon the receipt of a debit note from GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. It shall be the sole responsibility of the franchisee to
complete all the assessment of taxes, duties and levies under all the
applicable laws and GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Shall in no way, be
responsible for any taxes, levies, interest, fines, penalties and prosecution
for violation of any provisions of any applicable laws.

Rule 24
The
franchisee shall send a detailed monthly report regarding the working of the
franchise center to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. or AMF or DMF.
Change
Rule 25
GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Can it its sole and absolute discretion change, rectify,
modify or amend any its rules policies from time to time.
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS
PVT. LTD. Franchise Number
Rule 26
All
Franchisees are assigned a GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Franchise number. It is
printed on your center certificate. This number will be your identification and
non-transferable.
Violation of
Business Rules
Rule 27
GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. May in its absolute discretion, terminates a franchisee
when there is violation of business rules and/ or any guidelines or
instructions, without assigning any reasons. GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
Decision in this respect will be final and binding to all parties. In addition,
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Can hold the franchisee responsible for any cost
or damages incurred by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. And/ or any other Genie
Abacus franchisee if the activities of the franchisee have he effect of
derogating, diminishing or damaging the reputation of GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT.
LTD. Or its products.
Rule 28
1.
GRAFFITI
TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. will provide training to the faculties of AMF/DMF/Unit
Franchisee.
2.
Certificates
will be given to all the faculties completing the course successfully.
3.
The
course instructors trained by GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Or it AMF/DMF will
not be allowed to train anybody, if noticed the course instructors trained by
GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
4.
The
AMF/DMF is only allowed to conduct trainings at their centers after giving the
complete information to GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD.
5.
Only
certified trainers from GRAFFITI TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. Will be allowed to take
classes.
